General Terms and Conditions
§ 1 Scope
These general terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop at herloons.com. The contracting party is Herloons, Philipp Gerger, Krenngasse 7, 8010 Graz, Austria.
§ 2 Conclusion of Contract
The display of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to order.
By clicking the "Place order" button, you submit a binding order. Confirmation of receipt of the order is sent by email immediately after submission. The purchase contract is concluded when we accept your order by sending an order confirmation via email or by dispatching the goods.
§ 3 Prices and Payment
All prices are in Euros (EUR) including statutory value added tax. Shipping costs are displayed separately and are borne by the customer unless otherwise stated.
We accept the following payment methods: Credit card (Visa, Mastercard), Skrill, and Revolut Pay.
§ 4 Delivery
Shipping is via DHL from Austria. Delivery time within Austria is 1–3 business days, within the EU 3–10 business days, worldwide 7–14 business days.
§ 5 Right of Withdrawal

§ 6 Warranty
The statutory warranty rights apply in accordance with §§ 922 et seq. ABGB (Austrian Civil Code). The warranty period for consumers is two years from delivery of the goods. For digital products, the period begins when the download is made available.
§ 7 Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence. For slight negligence, we are only liable in the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations and only to the extent of the foreseeable, typically occurring damage. This does not apply to personal injury.
§ 8 Retention of Title
The delivered goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
§ 9 Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
Austrian law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers within the meaning of the KSchG, the mandatory consumer rights of the state in which they have their habitual residence also apply.
Jurisdiction for disputes with entrepreneurs is Graz, Austria. For consumers, the statutory jurisdictions apply.
