Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods.

Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us

by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email or post) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall refund to you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the notification of your withdrawal. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you.

Return Shipping

You must return the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period has expired. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply pursuant to § 18 FAGG in the case of:

• Goods that have been made to customer specifications or clearly personalised
• Sealed goods which, for health or hygiene reasons, are not suitable for return and whose seal has been removed after delivery
• Digital content (videos), once the performance of the contract has begun after the consumer has expressly consented and confirmed the loss of the right of withdrawal
